The Treaty of Basseterre Establishing the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Economic Union and the Protocol of the Eastern Caribbean Economic Union to the Treaty of Basseterre Establishing the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Economic Union, the texts of which are set out in Schedule 1, have the force of law in Saint Lucia.
