In carrying out its functions, the Board may —
(a) charge and collect fees associated with the provision of services by the medical complex, as may be prescribed and approved by the Minister responsible for Finance;
(b) on approval by the Minister, aquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy and dispose of immovable property of every description;
(c) enter into contracts;
(d) hold any property that may by this Act be vested in the medical complex;
(e) exercise any other powers as are specified by any other written law; and
(f) do all such things as may in its opinion be necessary or conducive to the proper discharge of its functions.
