(1) A member, other than the Chairperson, may at any time resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to the Minister and transmitted through the Chairperson and the resignation takes effect on the date the notice is received by the Minister or, if a later date is specified in the resignation, on that later date and the member ceases to be a member of the Board.
(2) The Chairperson may at any time resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to the Minister and the resignation takes effect on the date the notice is received by the Minister or, if a later date is specified in the resignation, on that later date and the Chairperson ceases to be Chairperson of the Board.
