(1) During the absence or disability of the Chief Executive Officer or during any vacancy in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, unless otherwise directed by the Board, the Director of Administration shall exercise the powers and duties of that office.
(2) The Board shall make provision for the simultaneous absence or disability of the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Administration.
