33. Employment of specialists and consultants
The Board may employ, in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer, specialists, consultants and other persons to provide specific services or perform specific tasks that the Board considers necessary for the due performance of its functions and exercise of its powers under this Act, on such terms and conditions as are agreed between the Board and the specialists, consultants or other person.
