30. Nursing and other personnel

The Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the Director of Clinical Services or any other responsible officer, may with the approval of the Board, appoint such nursing personnel, laboratory technicians, dispensers, supervisors, auxiliary medical staff and other officers to perform services at the medical complex.
