(1) On the death of an international limited partner his or her executor or administrator shall have all the rights of an international limited partner for the purpose of settling his or her estate and such power as the deceased had to constitute his or her assignee a substituted international limited partner.
(2) The estate of a deceased international limited partner shall be liable for all his or her liabilities as an international limited partner.
