34. Improper employment of trust property for international partnership
If an international partner, being a trustee of a trust which is not part of the business of the international partnership of which he or she is an international partner, improperly employs the trust property in the business or on the account of the international partnership, no other international partner is liable for the trust property to the persons beneficially interested therein except that —

(a) this section shall not affect any liability incurred by any international partner by reason of his or her having notice of a breach of trust; and
-
(b) nothing in this section shall prevent trust money from being traced and recovered from the international partnership if still in its possession or under its control.
