80. Effect of retirement, death, incapacity or bankruptcy of an international general partner

The retirement, death, incapacity, or bankruptcy or insolvency of an international general partner dissolves the international limited partnership unless the business is continued by the remaining international general partners —

(a) pursuant to a right so to do stated in the articles; or

(b) with the consent of all international partners.
