39. Revocation of continuing guarantee by change in international partnership
A continuing guarantee given either to an international partnership or to a third person in respect of the transactions of an international partnership is in the absence of agreement to the contrary revoked as to future transactions by any change in the constitution of the international partnership to which, or of the international partnership in respect of the transactions of which, the guarantee was given.
