(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act applies only to international partnerships and any instrument relating to an international partnership whether executed or entered into before or after the commencement date of this Act.
(2) Sections 20 to 65 of this Act apply to international limited partnerships except in so far as they are inconsistent with sections 66 to 95 of this Act.
(3) Sections 4, 8, 11, 12 and 18 only apply to an international partnership registered prior to the 1st day of December, 2018 and continues to apply to that international partnership until the 30th day of June, 2021. (Inserted by Act 14 of 2018)
