28. International partner using credit of international partnership for private purposes
Where one international partner pledges the credit of the international partnership for a purpose apparently not connected with the international partnership's ordinary course of business, the international partnership is not bound unless he or she is in fact specially authorized by the other international partners, but this section does not affect any personal liability incurred by an individual international partner.
