98. International partnership struck off liable for fees, etc.
An international partnership formed pursuant to this Act continues to be liable for all fees, annual registration fees, prescribed increased annual registration fees and penalties payable pursuant to this Act notwithstanding that the name of the international partnership has been struck off the Register and all those fees, annual registration fees, prescribed increased annual registration fees and penalties have priority to all other claims against the assets of the international partnership.
