(1) Where no fixed term has been agreed upon for the duration of an international partnership, any international partner may determine the international partnership at any time on giving notice of his or her intention so to do to all the other international partners.
(2) Where the international partnership has originally been constituted by deed or other instrument in writing, a notice in writing, signed by the international partner giving it shall be sufficient for this purpose.
