26. Private accommodation of leper in Asylum
Any person detained as a leper in a leper asylum may with the special permission of the Governor General erect or cause to be erected for himself or herself a dwelling-house at his or her own expense within the limits of the Asylum, subject to such conditions as to plan, site, drainage and otherwise as the Governor General may prescribe
