(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Council may delegate its functions under this Act to a committee of the Council appointed under section 29.
(2) The Council shall not delegate its functions under this Act —
(a) to grant or refuse accreditation;
(b) to impose or remove conditions of accreditation;
(c) to issue a certificate of accreditation; or
(d) to revoke accreditation.
