(1) Subject to subsection (2) and not later than 6 months after the end of each financial year, the Authority shall submit to the Minister, an annual report on the operations and activities and transactions of the Authority containing —
(a) an account of the performance of activities and operations of the Authority;
(b) an assessment of marketing performance undertaken under this Act; and
€ an analysis of the programme of the tourism industry during the preceding year.
(2) An annual report under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the auditor's report under section 34.
(3) The Minister shall submit an annual report and auditor's report submitted under subsection (1) to be laid in Parliament within 28 days of its receipt by the Minister, or if Parliament is not in session, within 28 days of the next session of Parliament.
