SAINT LUCIA TOURISM AUTHORITY REGULATIONS – SECTION 39
Commencement [5 May 2021]
1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority Regulations.
2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, “Act” means the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority Act.
3. Form of an application for a Certificate of Registration
For the purposes of section 27B of the Act, an application for a Certificate of Registration is set out in Schedule 1.
4. Form of a Certificate of Registration
For the purposes of section 27F of the Act, a Certificate of Registration is set out in Schedule 2.
