(1) The Chief Financial Officer shall have day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling financial-related activities of the Authority.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for —
(a) accounting;
(b) finance;
€ forecasting;
(d) job costing;
€ property management;
(f) negotiations; and
(g) private and institutional financing.
