(1) A person shall display a certificate in a conspicuous place at each location where the registered tourism accommodation service provider advertises, offers or supplies a tourism accommodation service.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 per day or each day or part of the day that the failure continues.
