The Minister may, by notice in writing, revoke the appointment of a director if the Minister is satisfied that the director —
(a) is disqualified from being a director under section 8;
(b) is unable to perform the functions of his or her office;
€ commits an act of misconduct; or
(d) has failed to attend 3 consecutive meetings of the Authority without presenting a medical certificate or without being excused —
(i) in the case of the Chairperson, by the Minister in writing, or
(ii) in the case of any other director, by the Chairperson in writing.
