(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Authority may grant an application for registration if the person satisfies the requirements for registration under section 27B.
(2) If the Authority grants an application for registration under subsection (1), the Authority —
(a) may specify conditions;
(b) shall issue —
(i) a registration number,
(ii) a certificate under section 27F.
