(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may delegate to any director or committee of the Bank or to the Managing Director of the Bank the power and authority to carry out on its behalf such functions under this Act as the Board may determine.
(2) Every delegation under this section shall be in writing and shall be revocable by the Board but such a delegation shall not prevent the exercise by the Board of any delegated authority.
