32.   Receipts and payments to or by the Bank and safe-keeping of funds

  1.  

    (1)   Receipts for sums paid to the Bank and all payments out of any funds deposited with the Bank may be signed by officers of the Bank authorised by resolution of the Board generally or specifically in that behalf.

    (2)   Cheques, withdrawals and orders for the payment of any monies against the Bank's own funds shall be signed and countersigned by any 2 directors or officers appointed by resolution of the Board for the purpose.

    (3)   The Bank shall make such provision for the safe-keeping of its funds as it deems necessary.

    (4)   Officers or employees of the Bank, may retain sums to meet petty disbursements or immediate payments under such provision as the Bank may deem necessary.

    (5)   Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall have power to provide for all matters of administration and procedure with regard to the funds of the Bank.
