25. Termination of appointment of Managing Director and other senior officers
The Board may, after consultation with the Minister, terminate the appointment of the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Internal Auditor or Secretary for —
-
(a) inability to exercise the functions of his or her office whether arising from infirmity of mind or body or from any other cause; or
-
(b) breach of any of the terms or conditions of his or her appointment as stated in his or her contract of employment.
