49. Exemption from stamp duty and other charges
Notwithstanding the provisions of any law providing for the registration of documents or the payment of stamp duties, no certificate, receipt, instrument, or other document issued by Invest Saint Lucia or in favour of Invest Saint Lucia is subject to stamp duty, registration fee or any charge of a similar nature, nor is Invest Saint Lucia liable for the payment of any search or inspection fee in any registration office.
