(1) A member of the Board who in any way, whether directly or indirectly, has any interest in an application before Invest Saint Lucia shall declare the nature of the interest at the first meeting of the Board at which it is practicable for him or her to do so.
(2) A member of the Board shall not vote in respect of any application to Invest Saint Lucia in which he or she is in any way interested, whether directly or indirectly.
