31. Appointment of directors to the Board of Directors of a development company
Invest Saint Lucia shall, with the approval of the Minister, be entitled to appoint such number of directors to the Board of Directors of a development company as may be determined by agreement between Invest Saint Lucia and the development company, and such directors may be removed and replaced only by Invest Saint Lucia with the approval of the Minister and not otherwise.
