The whole comprising zero point three three hectares (0.33 ha.) and shown as Lot Numbers A, B, C and D on Survey Plan VF 2318T by John Cenac, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated 3rd March, 2016 and lodged at the Office of the Chief Surveyor on 21st April, 2016 as Record No. SM80 of 2016.
