East : by Block 1420B Parcel Number 113 and Block 1421B Parcel Number 99
West : by the Aux Piquant Main Road and Block 1420B Parcel 113
The whole comprising zero point four seven hectares (0.47 ha.) as shown on Survey Plan VF 2316K by Rufinus Baptiste, Licensed Land Surveyor, dated 15th January, 2016 and lodged at the Office of the Chief Surveyor on 15th March, 2016 as Record No. SM57 of 2016.
