South : by Block 1627B Parcel Number 568
East : by Block 1627B Parcel Number 568
West : by Block 1627B Parcel Number 404.
The whole measuring six hundred and eighty-eight square feet (688 sq. ft.) or sixty-three point nine square meters (63.9 sq. m.) as shown on Plan of Survey by Stanislaus Auguste, Staff Surveyor, dated 7th November, 2017 and lodged at the Survey and Mapping Section on 30th November, 2017 as Drawing Number M2098B and recorded as Number SM456/2017 and as shown on Map Sheet 1627B, together with all the appurtenances and dependencies of the said portion of land.
