Commencement [25 May 2021]
1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Invest Saint Lucia (La Fargue, Choiseul) Vesting Order.
2. Vesting of land
The land described in the Schedule being land owned by the Crown is hereby vested in Invest Saint Lucia.

All that piece or parcel of land comprising and registered as Block 0221B Parcel Number 21 situate at La Fargue in the Quarter of Choiseul in the State of Saint Lucia and bounded as follows:
North : by Block 0221B Parcel Number 20 or Lot 5
South : by Block 0221B Parcel Number 22 or Lot 7
East : by Block 0221B Parcel Number 49
West : by Block 0221B Parcel Number 126.
The whole comprising zero point four hectares (0.40 ha.) or one point zero acres (1.0 ac.) and shown as Lot 6, Block H on Survey Plan Number CH214Z by Casimir W.
