(1) Cabinet may, by Order published in the Gazette, transfer to the National Land Corporation or any other body or divest from the National Land Corporation such immovable property belonging to Invest Saint Lucia as determined.
(2) The immovable property referred to in subsection (1), on the date of publication of such Order, is deemed to be transferred to the National Land Corporation or other body specified in the Order.
