121. Confidentiality of information
A member of a Council or a committee established under section 28 or 80 shall not except in the course of, and for the purpose of performance of his or her duties, disclose to any other person anything that comes to his or her knowledge related to a matter which is to be, is being or had been determined by the Council or the committee.
