(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Board may delegate its functions under this Act to—
(a) a member of the Board; or
(b) a committee of the Board appointed under section 28; and
(c) in the case of paragraph (h) and (i) of section 8, to another agency.
(2) The Board shall not delegate its power under this Act to—
(a) approve or refuse registration;
(b) cancel registration;
(c) impose or remove conditions of registration; or
(d) issue practicing certificates.
