(1) All monies collected by the Commission under this Act shall be paid into a fund to be managed by the Commission and to be used towards defraying expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
(2) The Commission shall appoint auditors who shall report annually to the Minister on the fund referred to in subsection (1).
