(1) A holder of a customs clerk licence or apprentice permit shall not for reward assist any person other than his or her employer in connection with the entering or clearing of goods or other transaction under the customs enactments.
(2) A holder of a customs clerk licence or apprentice permit who contravenes subsection (1) commits of an offence and upon summary conviction is liable to a fine of $500.
