The Minister may revoke the appointment of a member of the Commission where the Minister is satisfied that the member—
(a) has failed without reasonable excuse to carry out his or her duties for 3 consecutive meetings of the Commission;
(b) is incapacitated physically or mentally to such an extent as to impair his or her ability and render him or her unable to perform his or her duties or is otherwise unfit to perform his or her duties;
(c) has had his or her nomination withdrawn by the body which nominated him or her.
