(1) If at any meeting of the Commission the Chairperson is absent, the members present shall elect one of their number to be Chairperson for that meeting.
(2) Five members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum at any meeting, and the decision of the majority present shall be the decision of the Commission.
(3) In the event of an equality of votes at any meeting, the member presiding at that meeting shall in addition to his or her original vote, have a casting vote.
(4) The Chairperson may summon a meeting of the Commission at any time.
(5) The Chairperson, shall, within 7 days of receipt by him or her of a written request for that purpose signed by any 2 members convene, a special meeting of the Commission.
(6) Except with the permission of the Chairperson, all meetings shall be convened on notice of not less than 2 clear days.
