(1) The Commission shall cause to be published—
(a) within 3 months after the end of the current year in the Gazette a notice containing the names of the holders of licences and permits; and
(b) quarterly notices in respect of licences and permits in force, issued, or revoked under this Act.
(2) The Commission shall prominently display a notice made under subsection (1) at all Customs offices.
