This Act shall apply in relation to every arbitration under any other enactment passed before or after the coming into operation of this Act as if the arbitration were pursuant to an arbitration agreement and as if that other enactment were an arbitration agreement, except in so far as this Act is inconsistent with the other enactment regulating the arbitration or with any rules or procedure authorised or recognised by that other enactment.
