44.2 Who may be orally examined

(1) The following persons may be ordered to attend an oral examination —
1. (a) the judgment debtor; or
1. (b) an officer or former officer of a judgment debtor which is a body corporate.

(2) A person referred to in paragraph (1) is called “the examinee”.
