(1) The Board shall meet at least once every 4 months and at such other times as may be necessary or expedient for the transaction of its business and such meetings shall be held at such places and times and on such days as may be determined by the Board.
(2) The Chairperson may at any time call a special meeting of the Board to be held within 7 days of a written request for that purpose addressed to the Chairperson by any other member of the Board.
(3) Subject to this Act, the Board may regulate its own proceedings.
(4) The validity of any proceedings of the Board is not affected by any vacancy amongst the members of the Board or by any defect in the appointment of a member of the Board.
