(1) The Board may, by giving notice in writing to the applicant, require the applicant to provide to the Board within a reasonable time of at least 14 days as stated in the notice, further information which the Board may reasonably require to consider.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the time stipulated in the notice or any extension of such notice, the applicant does not comply with the requirement.
