31. Duty of Board to carry out assessments and surveillance visits
The Board, or any person who has been authorized by the Board, shall when it believes there is due cause, carry out unscheduled assessment and surveillance visits to any licensed higher education institution at intervals other than those which may be prescribed and, issue such directions as it considers necessary in relation to the persons comprising the management of the licensed higher education institutions.
