(1) Where the application for licensing is approved in full or provisionally, the Board shall immediately issue to the applicant a licence in such form as may be prescribed, subject to the payment of the prescribed fee and any conditions which may be prescribed.
(2) The licence shall state the period of validity of licensing, the conditions, if any, to be fulfilled and whether licensing is full or provisional.
(3) A licence issued under subsection (1) remains the property of the Government.
