(1) The Minister may make regulations for giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) —
(a) the Minister for Finance may make regulations prescribing matters required or permitted to be prescribed in respect of Parts 4 and 5 of this Act;
(b) subject to subsection (2)(a), the Minister may make regulations —
(i) to provide for fees as required from time to time,
(ii) to prescribe matters required or permitted to be prescribed by this Act,
(iii) to provide for such matters as may be contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect to this Act and for its administration or incidental to or consequential upon any provision of this Act.
