(1) Not later than 3 months after the end of each financial year and in accordance with subsection (2), the Authority shall submit to the Minister an annual report on the work and activities of the Authority for that financial year and the Minister shall not later than one month after the submission lay the same in Parliament.
(2) An annual report under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the auditor's report under section 28.
(3) A summary of an annual report under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and at least 2 newspapers in general and at least weekly circulation in Saint Lucia and the entire annual report shall be available to the public on payment of the prescribed fee to the Authority.
