17. Revocation
The Minister may at any time, in writing, revoke the appointment of any member of the Board if, upon evidence, the Minister is satisfied that the member is—

(a) disqualified from being a member of the Board under section 3(4) and has failed to comply with section 18(1);

(b) guilty of neglect of duty, misconduct or malfeasance; or
-
(c) has failed to act in the best interests of the Authority.
