(a) child welfare;
(b) child maintenance and custody;
(c) domestic violence;
(d) divorce (specific to individuals in abusive relationships);
(e) division of property;
(f) personal injury and other negligence claims;
(g) tortious claim;
(h) contract disputes;
(i) wills and small estate issues (valued under $50,000.00);
(j) debt actions or bankruptcies;
(k) landlord and tenant disputes;
PART BLEGAL ACTIONS THAT ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE CIVIL CASES
(a) conveyancing;
(b) estates (valued at more than $50,000.00);
(c) company and commercial matters;
(d) defamation (libel and slander);
(e) possession or rent collection proceedings by a landlord;
(f) prescriptive title applications.
